Refund policy
Last updated: October 1, 2026
This policy explains when and how you can request a refund for a payment made on DiamondStats, and what happens to your plan when it is refunded.
1. Payments on dstats.app
Our web order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com, which is the Merchant of Record for all those orders: it charges the payment, issues the receipt, applies any taxes due and handles returns. They are one-time payments — the Season and the team contribution — and they do not renew.
2. 14-day window
You can request a full refund of a payment made on dstats.app within 14 days of purchase, without giving a reason. After that period no refunds are made, unless applicable law requires it or the charge was our mistake.
3. How to request it
Write to us at [email protected] from the email you paid with and include the order number shown on your Paddle receipt. You can also request it directly from Paddle through the link on your receipt. The money returns to the same payment method; how long it takes to show depends on your bank.
4. What happens to your plan
When a payment is refunded, the plan time it granted is removed right away. If the account has no other paid time, it goes back to the free plan: teams, games and stats are not deleted, and anything beyond the free plan's limits becomes read-only until you return to a paid plan.
5. Team contributions
A contribution is refunded at the request of whoever paid it, not the team. When it is refunded, the team loses the month of Pro that contribution gave it.
6. Disputes and chargebacks
If you dispute a charge with your bank, the plan time of that payment is removed while it is resolved, and it comes back if the dispute is resolved in our favor. Before disputing a charge, write to us: it is almost always faster.
7. Purchases inside the app
Subscriptions and the Season bought inside the app are charged by Apple (App Store) or Google (Google Play), not by DiamondStats. Their refunds are requested from the store and governed by its rules: on Apple, at reportaproblem.apple.com; on Google, from your Google Play order history.
8. Your rights
This policy does not limit the rights you have as a consumer under the law of your country.
9. Contact
For any question about a charge or a refund, write to us at [email protected]. Service provider: DStats, Dominican Republic.
