Terms of Use

By downloading, accessing, or using DiamondStats, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you use the app on behalf of a team, organization, minor athlete, or third party, you confirm that you have authority to do so. If you do not agree, please do not use the application.

1. Service

DiamondStats is a mobile application for scoring, statistics, team management, rosters, seasons, lineups, and live scoreboards for baseball and softball. Some features are free and others require a subscription or in-app purchase.

2. Eligibility and minors

You must be old enough to accept these terms in your jurisdiction or have permission from your parent or guardian. The app is not directed to children under 13. If you record data about minor athletes, you are responsible for having the required permissions and using the information appropriately for legitimate sports purposes.

3. User accounts

You are responsible for keeping your account, credentials, and devices secure. You must provide accurate, current information and may not impersonate another person. Notify us if you suspect unauthorized use of your account.

4. Subscriptions and payments

Subscriptions are managed through App Store or Google Play, depending on where you purchase. Prices, taxes, renewals, free trials, cancellations, and refunds are governed by the applicable store rules. You can cancel renewal from your Apple or Google account settings; deleting the app or your DiamondStats account does not automatically cancel an active store subscription.

5. App stores

Apple and Google are not parties to these terms, but their terms may apply to downloads, purchases, payments, refunds, and use of their platforms. If these terms conflict with mandatory App Store or Google Play rules, those rules apply as required for use on that platform.

6. User conduct

You may not use DiamondStats for illegal, fraudulent, abusive, discriminatory, harassing, spam, unauthorized scraping, reverse engineering, service interference, security violations, or rights-infringing activities. We reserve the right to limit, suspend, or close accounts that violate these rules.

7. User content and data

You retain rights to the data and content you enter. You grant us a limited, worldwide, non-exclusive license as needed to host, process, back up, display, sync, share according to your settings, and operate DiamondStats. You are responsible for ensuring that team data, player data, photos, names, and statistics you add are lawful, accurate, and authorized.

8. Privacy

Your use of DiamondStats is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains what data we collect, how we use it, who we share it with, and how you can request access, correction, or deletion.

9. Intellectual property

DiamondStats and all associated rights are owned by DStats. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without authorization.

10. Availability, offline data, and sync

DiamondStats is designed for certain features to work offline, but sync, live scoreboards, subscriptions, and backups depend on connectivity, devices, stores, and third-party providers. You should keep copies or exports of important data where available. We may modify, pause, or remove features for technical, legal, or business reasons.

11. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

DiamondStats is provided 'as is' and 'as available'. We do not guarantee that calculations, statistics, broadcasts, sync, or availability will be uninterrupted, accurate, or error-free. To the extent permitted by law, DStats will not be liable for indirect damages, data loss, lost revenue, sports decisions, disputes between users, or failures caused by networks, devices, stores, or third-party providers.

12. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account, access, or features if you violate these terms, create legal or security risk, abuse the service, or fail to pay for a required subscription. You may delete your account from the app or request data deletion from the Data Deletion page.

13. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Dominican Republic, unless consumer protection laws in your place of residence require otherwise.

14. Changes

We may modify these terms to reflect service, legal, or business changes. We will post the updated version with its date. For material changes, we will try to notify you. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes your acceptance.
