Privacy Policy

At DStats, operator of DiamondStats, we respect your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, who we share it with, how long we keep it, and how you can exercise your rights.

1. Information we collect

We collect information you provide directly, such as name, email address, profile photo, role, teams, rosters, lineups, seasons, games, plays, statistics, and content you choose to upload or share. We may also collect technical and usage data, such as device or installation identifiers, app version, operating system, error logs, preferences, basic in-app activity, and approximate IP address when you use online services.

2. How we use your information

We use your information to create and protect your account, operate DiamondStats, save and sync data across devices, enable team collaboration, display statistics, enable live scoreboards when you share them, send operational notifications, respond to support requests, prevent abuse, fix errors, improve the app, and comply with legal obligations.

3. Who we share information with

We share information only when needed to operate the service, for example with Supabase for authentication, database, and storage; RevenueCat for subscription management; Sentry for error monitoring; email or support providers if you contact us; and App Store or Google Play when you purchase or manage a subscription. We may also disclose information if required by law, to protect rights and safety, or as part of a business reorganization. We do not sell your personal information.

4. Payments and subscriptions

Payments are processed by App Store, Google Play, or their payment providers. DStats does not receive or store full payment card numbers. We may receive limited information about your subscription status, purchased product, store, country, renewal or expiration dates, and transaction identifiers needed to unlock features, provide support, prevent fraud, and maintain accounting records.

5. Data retention

We keep account and team data while your account is active or as needed to provide DiamondStats. If you delete your account, we delete or anonymize associated personal data within a reasonable period, except information we must keep for security, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, legal compliance, payment records, temporary backups, or legitimate interests. Aggregated or anonymized statistics may be kept without identifying you.

6. Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards, including encryption in transit, access controls, providers with recognized security practices, error monitoring, and permission separation where appropriate. No system is 100% secure, so you should also protect your credentials and tell us if you suspect unauthorized access.

7. Your rights

Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, port, object to, or restrict certain uses of your personal information. You can manage some information in the app or contact us at [email protected]. To protect your account, we may verify your identity before completing a request.

8. Children's privacy and minor athletes

DiamondStats is not directed to children under 13, and we do not allow children under 13 to create accounts on their own. Because the app may be used by managers, coaches, or guardians to record sports data about minor athletes, anyone adding a minor's information represents that they have appropriate authorization from the minor's parent, guardian, or organization. If you believe we collected information about a minor without authorization, contact [email protected] so we can review and delete it where appropriate.

9. International transfers

We may process and store information in countries other than yours, including the United States or other locations where our providers operate. When we transfer information, we use reasonable measures to protect it consistent with this policy.

10. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy occasionally to reflect changes in the app, providers, legal requirements, or operations. We will post the updated version with its date and, for material changes, try to notify you through the app, email, or website.
